Our Story:

It’s a classic story of boy meets boy, and they decide to band together to make their dreams a reality. Brent Walsh is a talented singer/song writer and multi-instrumentalist in the San Francisco bay area. During his travels as a musician he has had the opportunity to taste delicacies from every corner of the earth. This has inspired him to take on a new journey of making the best sandwiches on the planet. Adam Hall hails from Portland Oregon which is known for its robust selection of unique and interesting foods. He has made a name for himself across the country as a master of cold-cuts and sandwich connoisseur. The universe brought these two together to put their skills to the test to make a special sandwich for everyone.

The Walsh

A sandwich inspired by the city. We start with San Francisco’s finest dutch crutch bread loaded with crispy bacon, grilled chicken, melted smoked gouda, roasted red peppers, pickled red onion, arugula, with our famous avocado lime spread. This sandwich has a West Coast feel — bright, fresh, a little smokey, and vibrant taste to match the culture.

The Hall

A master class on the Italian sub with a twist. Layers of thinly sliced salami, pepperoni, capicola, and provolone stacked atop crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and zesty pepperoncinis, all drizzled with our house made sun-dried tomato aioli. Served on a freshly baked hoagie roll. It is the perfect balance of of bold flavors and satisfying texture — an Italian sub that’t truly unforgettable.

The Rise and Shine

A sandwich for the early bird or the breakfast enthusiast that is nothing but ordinary. A gooey, over-easy egg with succulent ham, melted cheddar, fresh tomato and lettuce, all on a buttery artisan bun. Each bite burst with savory goodness and hearty flavor to start your day off right.

The Bahn-anza

A sandwich where east meets west. Grilled lemongrass-marinated pork with seared caramelized edges, paired with pickled daikon and carrots, fresh cucumber, jalapeño for heat and cilantro for a lite and herbal note, all on a lightly toasted baguette with sriracha spread. This sweet and tangy sandwich is packed with bold Vietnamese flavors.

Pesto is the Besto  

A sandwich that is light and refreshing, but full of flavor with an aroma to match. Perfectly sliced, roasted turkey and creamy Swiss cheese, layered with fresh greens and ripened tomatoes finished with our in-house basil pesto spread on a toasted sourdough bread. It’s perfectly balanced in every bite, not a single flavor overpowers the other.

The Golden Coast

A delicious, caramelized pineapple meets silky prosciutto and fresh spinach, layered on baked focaccia bread smothered with garlic aioli for the perfect combination of savory and juicy.
